Website, support, and service providers

Letternaut itself does not require an account, does not collect personal information, and does not transmit gameplay data to SolenWave or third-party services.

The SolenWave website and support form use service providers to operate the site, protect it from abuse, understand basic website traffic, and deliver support messages. These providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs, approximate location derived from network information, email delivery metadata, and the contents of support messages you submit.

If you contact SolenWave for support, the information you provide may include your name, email address, topic, message, and any details you choose to include. This information is used only to respond to your request and maintain support records.

Letternaut is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple may process information related to downloads, purchases, App Store usage, crash reporting, analytics, and account activity according to Apple's own privacy practices. SolenWave only receives the developer-facing information Apple makes available through App Store Connect, such as aggregated sales, downloads, proceeds, and performance information.

SolenWave does not sell personal information, use support messages for advertising, or use website/support information to build marketing profiles.
